Early Possession of Vehicle
The Seller agrees to allow the Purchaser to take possession of the vehicle prior to full settlement of the purchase price.
From the moment the Purchaser collects the vehicle, the Purchaser assumes full responsibility, risk, and liability for the vehicle.
Condition of Vehicle
The Purchaser acknowledges that:

The Seller makes no warranties or guarantees regarding the condition, mechanical performance, or future reliability of the vehicle.
Damage, Faults and Liability After Collection
From the time the vehicle is collected by the Purchaser:
The vehicle cannot be returned or refunded for any reason.
Any mechanical failure, damage, fault, or defect occurring after collection is the sole responsibility of the Purchaser.
The Purchaser accepts full responsibility for the vehicle’s condition and operation.
Traffic Fines, Accidents and Incidents
From the time the vehicle is collected:
The Purchaser is fully responsible for all traffic offences, fines, tolls, penalties, accidents, insurance claims, and incidents involving the vehicle.
The Purchaser indemnifies the Seller from any liability arising from the use of the vehicle after collection.
Outstanding Payment Obligation
The Purchaser acknowledges that the remaining balance of $25,000.00AUD remains payable to the Seller.
Failure to pay the outstanding balance may result in recovery action or repossession of the vehicle as permitted by law.
Ownership Transfer
Legal ownership of the vehicle will transfer to the Purchaser once full payment has been received.
Until full payment is received, the Seller retains legal title to the vehicle.
Entire Agreement
This document represents the full agreement between the Seller and Purchaser regarding the sale and possession of the vehicle.
